If you’re a patron of the arts, you will love Portsmouth City. Olde Towne Portsmouth is an art collector's haven with world-class galleries located throughout the 12 historic squares of High Street. Discover original art pieces from local, regional and nationally-known artists working in a range of media. New art show exhibits open the first Friday of each month. Venture through the many antique shops where period artwork garnishes the walls with fine examples from the 17th, 18th, 19th and early 20th century.
